Hyperscale Data, Inc. (GPUS) has put NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) in three different boxes: supplier, customer and partner. That is the sharpest feature in its disclosed relationship map. NVIDIA is not just the chip company in the room. In Hyperscale’s filings, it also appears on the other side of the revenue relationship and inside the company’s hybrid-computing pitch.

The supplier disclosure is framed around the Michigan Facility. Hyperscale says access to NVIDIA infrastructure could matter to future robotics operations:

"We believe a large-scale facility like our Michigan Facility, particularly with its access to high-performance NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, can play a meaningful role in future robotics operations."

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, Apr. 15, 2026

That is a disclosed infrastructure relationship, not a claim that NVIDIA supplies every input Hyperscale buys. The filing specifically ties the Michigan site to high-performance NVIDIA GPU infrastructure.

The customer-side disclosure is more concrete in its wording. Hyperscale says customers have installed NVIDIA servers at the same facility:

"Contemporaneously, we are accelerating the expansion of our Michigan Facility, where customer-installed NVIDIA graphics processing unit (“GPU”) servers are enabling advanced AI and HPC workloads."

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, Apr. 15, 2026

In plain English, the facility hosts customer-installed NVIDIA hardware for AI and high-performance computing workloads. The same NVIDIA name therefore sits on both sides of the facility story, as infrastructure associated with the site and as equipment installed by customers.

The company adds a partner label to the relationship. In a later filing, Hyperscale describes a hybrid architecture that combines AI computing with Bitcoin mining:

"This hybrid architecture enables Hyperscale Data to generate compute power for enterprise AI workloads through NVIDIA graphic processing unit clusters, while also operating high-efficiency Bitcoin mining systems that contribute to the Bitcoin network and the…"

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, May 18, 2026

The sentence is truncated in the supplied filing excerpt, but its disclosed structure is clear: NVIDIA GPU clusters are part of the enterprise-AI side of a business that also operates Bitcoin-mining systems. NVIDIA is the recurring anchor in the map, not merely a company mentioned in a competitor list.

Hyperscale’s crypto plumbing points elsewhere. Gemini Space Station, Inc. (GEMI) is named as the custodian for the company’s Bitcoin:

"We securely store our Bitcoin at Gemini Trust Company, LLC (“Gemini”), a regulated, audited and insured crypto asset custodian."

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, Apr. 15, 2026

That places Gemini in a very specific role: custody, not distribution of computing services. Hyperscale also names TOGI (TOGI) as a partner in a disclosure covering hosting services for emerging AI ecosystems and other industries, alongside its digital-asset treasury activities and energy and infrastructure operations.

The ownership map is more internally connected. Hyperscale says its direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries include Sentinum, Alliance Cloud Services, BNI Montana, Ault Lending and Gresham Worldwide (GIGGF), among others:

"Our direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries include: Sentinum, Inc. (“Sentinum”); Alliance Cloud Services, LLC (“ACS”); BNI Montana, LLC (“BNI Montana”); Ault Lending, LLC (“Ault Lending”); Gresham Worldwide, Inc. (“Gresham”), which wholly owns Enertec…"

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, Apr. 15, 2026

It also reports RIME (RIME) in connection with an equity-method investment:

"Loss from investment in unconsolidated entity was $1.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2024, representing our share of losses from our equity method investment in Algorhythm Holdings, Inc."

Hyperscale Data, SEC filing, Nov. 17, 2025

Competition is concentrated in the Bitcoin-mining neighborhood. Hyperscale names ARBK (ARBK), Bit Digital, Inc. (BTBT), Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR), Bitfarms, CleanSpark, Inc. (CLSK), Digi Power X Inc. (DGXX) and HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (HIVE) among the companies it may compete with. Separately, Oklo Inc. (OKLO) names Hyperscale as a partner in its own filing.

The resulting map is unusually circular around NVIDIA: infrastructure associated with the Michigan Facility, customer-installed GPU servers and a partner role in the hybrid architecture. Around that core sit Gemini custody, TOGI’s partnership, subsidiaries and investments, plus a roster of Bitcoin-mining competitors. That is what Hyperscale Data actually discloses, one filing relationship at a time.
