Xos, Inc. (XOS) discloses a lopsided relationship map: one named group of key suppliers upstream, and a much busier roster of customers, distributors, partners, and competitors downstream. The sharpest fact is not that Xos works with big companies. It is that United Parcel Service (UPS) is both a distribution relationship and the only relationship here with a disclosed delivery count.
The company puts Dana Incorporated (DAN) in its supplier chain alongside two other named vendors. Xos says Dana provides axles, while the other suppliers provide vehicle bodies and fabricated components.
"Additional key suppliers include Dana (providing axle components), Morgan Olson (providing bodies for the Company’s strip chassis vehicles), Valley Precision (a California-based fabrication company providing fabrication for Hub components and other parts)…"
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
That is a concentrated disclosure, not a claim that Dana is Xos's only source. The filing names one supplier for axle components and two others for specific body and fabrication work. Xos's upstream map is simply much shorter than its commercial one.
UPS is the clearest named route to market. Xos says it delivered more than 190 vehicles to UPS in 2025, making the relationship more concrete than a general customer reference.
"For the Xos Vehicles products, the Company has continued to scale its relationship with United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”), delivering over 190 vehicles to UPS in 2025."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
The filing describes UPS as a distributor for Xos Vehicles products. Separately, FedEx Corporation (FDX) is described as an important customer, while Blue Bird Corporation (BLBD) buys the company's Powered by Xos offering.
"FedEx remains an important customer in the Company’s vehicle business, and Xos continues to expand its footprint across additional parcel d elivery, uniform rental, linen, food and beverage, and armored transport customers."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
"Blue Bird Corporation (“Blue Bird”), the leading alternative fuel school bus manufacturer in the United States, is a key Powered by Xos customer."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
So the customer map spans delivery fleets and school buses, rather than one neatly defined vehicle niche. The Hub business adds utilities, including Duke Energy Corporation (DUK), while the Powered by Xos platform also reaches chassis manufacturers.
"Additional Hub customers include Xcel Energy, Florida Power & Light, Duke Energy and RKU Distributing."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
"Xos also supports other industry-leading chassis manufacturers through Powered by Xos, including Winnebago and Wiggins Lift Company."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
The partnership label needs a little translation. Xos names Winnebago Industries, Inc. (WGO) as a Powered by Xos participant. It also groups FDX, UPS, and Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) with corporations pursuing emissions goals, but that sentence does not describe a vehicle contract.
"Although there can be no assurance such goals will be maintained, the U.S. federal, state and foreign governments, along with corporations such as FedEx, UPS and Amazon, have set ambitious goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions."

On competition, Xos names both electric challengers and established commercial-vehicle manufacturers. Rivian Automotive, Inc. (RIVN) and Workhorse Group, Inc. (WKHS) appear in the first camp. General Motors Company (GM) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR) appear among traditional OEMs investing in zero-tailpipe-emission vehicles. The map ends where it began: one disclosed upstream supplier cluster, a broad commercial network, and plenty of companies trying to sell into the same transition.
"In addition to competition from traditional diesel OEMs, the Company faces competition from disruptive vehicle manufacturers that are developing alternative fuel and electric commercial vehicles, such as Rivian, Harbinger, and Workhorse."
Xos filing, March 30, 2026
"Existing commercial diesel vehicle OEMs, such as Freightliner, Ford, General Motors, Navistar, Paccar, and Volvo/Mack, continue to invest in the development of zero-tailpipe emission solutions."
