What is reported
Each filing read identifies the primary SEC filing and, where relevant, the comparable prior filing. Revenue, margins, balance-sheet figures, quoted language and dates are traced to those company disclosures.
What Struct calculates
Comparisons, ratios and period-over-period changes may be calculated from the reported figures. We label those as analysis rather than presenting them as company statements.
What Jodie adds
Jodie maps named counterparties from filings and identifies organic groups of companies moving together in market data. Connections are evidence of a disclosed relationship, not proof that one company caused another’s results. Market groups are descriptive observations, not forecasts.
What to watch
Some briefs surface observable conditions—such as a customer concentration, a cost input, a financing exposure or a stated management dependency. They are watch items, not predictions or investment recommendations.
How the writing is produced
Struct uses automated systems to help turn structured company evidence into a concise brief. The system is designed to retain source context, avoid inventing facts, and separate reported evidence from interpretation. We correct material errors when identified.
What Struct is not
Struct is research and information, not personalised financial advice, and it does not make buy, sell or price-target recommendations.
